Developing Leaders for Multiple Levels within Your Organization
Too often companies put their best front-line workers and technical specialists into management positions without adequately preparing them for their new leadership roles. Research/Gallup polls indicate that management development is best implemented throughout the organization, all the way from the field supervisory level to the C-level.
This workshop can be delivered to multiple levels within your organization (for example, supervisors, directors, operational managers, etc.). Each workshop is designed and developed explicitly to address the goals of the specific level and the challenges of your organization. Our surveys and interviews will uncover a good deal of your challenges and objectives, and from there, we will develop a workshop that makes a difference, one that is measurable and achieves a high degree of demonstrable results.
