The primary objective of this workshop is to introduce the attendees to basic negotiation techniques with an emphasis on the differences between men and women when approaching negotiations.
The workshop will include the following topics:

Establishing the best negotiation style based on individual strengths and weaknesses

Analyzing the opponent's styles, strengths, and weaknesses

Recognizing how culture, gender, and personality affect negotiations

Defining the differences in negotiating between men and women and knowing how to overcome those that interfere with success
|
The workshop will help the attendees integrate new negotiation techniques through experiential cases and exercises.
