
ServicesIn addition to the numerous workshops we offer, University Connections can also help your organization develop training programs, such as new hire orientations and executive development. We can also assess your training and development needs and train you to deliver the training your employees need. Other services we provide include developing speeches and presentations, editing, and one-on-one coaching. Our one-on-one coaching frequently focuses on improving leadership skills and presentation delivery. The one-on-one presentation delivery coaching can include diction coaching for employees needing to speak more clearly. Training The TrainerUniversity Connections will work with internal training groups to help them be more polished in all training situations. We will help trainers with their presentations and interpersonal skills, and coach them in designing the curriculum and facilitating discussions. This service is perfect for all of those organizations looking at upgrading in-house training groups and at bringing more of their training in-house. One-on-One Coaching and DevelopmentUniversity Connections will provide one-on-one coaching for individuals in writing, presentations, and general management and interpersonal skills. Clients can be provided assessments of their skills based on analysis of written documents or observation of speaking situations and will receive coaching in techniques for improvement. University Connections also provides one-on-one personal career mentoring, including specialized focus on developing interpersonal networks, navigating internal politics, improving personal skills, and managing others effectively. |
